A maximum of 2 pets per household is permitted. Whether you have a loyal pup, a curious cat, or both, you will find a comfortable home here.

Our Pet Policy

We welcome most breeds and sizes with no weight limits. Aggressive breed restrictions apply — contact our leasing team for the current restricted breed list.

A $400 non-refundable pet deposit per pet is required at move-in, along with $50/month pet rent per pet. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and registered with our leasing office. For full details on fees and requirements, visit our FAQ page.

Service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs) with proper documentation are exempt from breed restrictions, pet deposits, and monthly pet rent under the Fair Housing Act. Please contact our leasing team to discuss reasonable accommodation requests.
